Exhibition of draft Policies

At its Ordinary Meeting held 27 October 2021, Liverpool Plains Shire Council resolved to place the following draft policies on public exhibition for a period of 28 days:

• Draft Complaint Management Policy(PDF, 269KB)
• Draft Unreasonable Complainant Policy(PDF, 388KB)
• Draft Customer Charter and Service Standards(PDF, 3MB)
• Draft Media Relations Policy(PDF, 184KB)

Submissions on the above draft policies are invited and should be addressed to the General Manager and returned to Council by close of business Friday, 26 November 2021.  Submissions may be made via:

Please note that written submissions may be attached to public reports submitted to Council, unless you explicitly state that you do not wish this to occur. Submissions are subject to the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 and Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998.
