Exhibition of proposed amendments to Schedule of Fees and Charges

At its Ordinary Meeting held 24 November 2021, Liverpool Plains Shire Council resolved to publicly exhibit the following proposed amendments to its adopted Schedule of Fees and Charges for the current 2021/2022 year:

• Page 70 - Developers’ Charge – Water Services (other than villages) for subdivisions creating greater than one lot $12,528 per equivalent tenement;
• Page 70 - Developers’ Charge – Water Services (other than villages) for subdivisions creating one lot $Nil;
• Page 74 - Contribution to Headwork’s DSP area 1 (Quirindi & Werris Creek) for subdivisions creating greater than one lot $3,349; and
• Page 74 - Contribution to Headwork’s DSP area 1 (Quirindi & Werris Creek) for subdivisions creating one lot $nil

Submissions on the above proposed amendments to Council's Fees and Charges are invited and should be addressed to the General Manager and returned to Council by close of business Friday, 7 January 2021.  Submissions may be made via:
