Written submissions can be made up until the day the exhibition period ends.
Submissions can be general in nature, but must
- Specify any grounds for objections for submissions objecting to the proposal.
- Include a disclosure of any reportable political contribution or gift made in the previous two years. Please also note that should a submitter make donation or gift to a Councillor or Council employee in the period between the date of a submission and the determination of the Application, they are required to submit a Declaration to Council within seven (7) days of the donation.
