Public Notice – Presentation of Financial Statements
Liverpool Plains Shire Council General Purpose Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2024.
In accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Liverpool Plains Shire Council advises that the ordinary Council meeting to be held on 27/11/2024 will include the presentation of the audited Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Reports for the year ending 30/06/2024.
The 2023-24 Financial Reports can be viewed at:
• Council's Customer Service Centre, 60 Station Street Quirindi, between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday
• Council's website: Annual Financial Statements 2024
In accordance with Section 420 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), any person may make a submission in writing to Council with respect to the Council’s Audited Financial Statements or the Auditor’s Reports. Submissions, clearly headed '2023-24 Financial Reports' can be emailed to council@liverpoolplains.nsw.gov.au or sent to the General Manager, Liverpool Plains Shire Council, 60 Station Street, and are to be received no later than 5.00pm 04/12/2024.
