That Council will:
1. Place the Draft Community Strategic Plan ('CSP'), as appended at Annexure A, on public exhibition for a period of 28 days and adopt the CSP noting that the document still requires graphic design work, should no submissions be received.
2. Should public submissions be received, the Draft CSP will be subject to a further report for Council's consideration.
